Using a v-steam stool, bucket or a pot that fits in the toilet and is only used for the toilet you can now have your own steam sessions in the comfort of your own home. Our V-steam herbs are good for any menstrual cycle but please check the Can i steam section before you purchase to see if you can steam.

Instructions

Bring 10 cups of water to a boil

Then add 3 Tablespoons or 1 steam tea bag of Herbs and boil for 1 minute more only

Remove from stove wait a few minutes and if the heat is tolerable proceed to steam in a pot that fits in the toilet,bucket or a v-steam seat/stool.

Do not steam longer than 20 – 25 minutes it may cause vaginal dryness. We do not recommend steaming with an IUD

Dispose of herb content in the trash after use (Flushing herbs down toilet will cause it to clog)

Steam twice per month once before your period and once after. (Do not steam on your period)
